BASIC RECIPE
1 cucumber, 2-3 celery stalks Process
through a juicer (this is your liquid)
ROTATE GREENS: parsley or cilantro,
spinach, dandelion, kale, collards, romaine, swiss chard, asparagus,
broccoli & cauliflower trunks, green beans, purslane
FLAVORING: lemons or limes, ginger,
garlic, herbs of your choice
UP THE POTENCY OF YOUR JUICE WITH

4-6 oz sunflower, peas, buckwheat,
adzuki, mung, lentils, fenugreek, garbanzo, pumpkin, millet, quinoa
4-6 oz alfalfa, broccoli, clover,
mustard, garlic, onion, radish, wheat grass, flax, hemp, kale, sesame
