Vegan Tomato Ketchup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 large Medjool Dates pitted
- 6 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 170 g Tomato Paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Allspice
- 1/2 tsp coarse celtic sea salt or to taste
Servings: cup approx. Units:
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

The blender I use for this is a Small Personal Blender like bullet.
